Renovation Funding

Does your home need major or minor updates to sell for top dollar? If so this program may be for you. With renovation funding provided by us, we are able to make the changes to the home needed to sell for top dollar in any market. When inventory is high and buyers are pickier, a little investment can help a home sell for $10,000, $25,000 even $50,000+ more. We understand that not all sellers have the funds needed to do the work needed to benefit from the value increases so we started the program. Repayment is collected at the time of sale as well so it can be taken out of the equity proceeds instead of the sellers pocket. Typical clients include:

• Homes with latent defects
• Homes needing repairs the seller cannot afford
• General maintenance items or inspection repairs
• Updates including painting, countertops, flooring etc to get the home sale ready

Terms

**Sellers using this program must sign a repayment agreement with our closing attorneys

**If the listing is canceled or the seller decides not to sell, repayment is due immediately 

**Interest is charged on a case by case basis determined by the amount borrowed

**Sellers are not required to use our preferred contractors but it is recommended
